Our six month plan:

Our initial plans are to put an executive team together to manage the necessary developmental activities. Our primary goals will be to:

1.     Modify and ratify the program charter statement.

2.     Launch a scoping activity to identify the UCR technology architecture, functionality, facilities and communication capabilities necessary to support the ministry.

3.     Deploy the resources necessary to build a UCR technology prototype.

4.     Deploy the resource to design and deploy the Universal Christian Registry outreach center.

5.     Deploy and train the ministry teams.

6.     Build the applications and deploy educational content.

7.     Replicate the process in other locations.
